Job Title : Oracle Hyperion Consultant Exp: 9+ years Location: Pune Salary: As per market Notice period : 0-15 days / serving Mode of hire: Contract Key Responsibilities Implement and support Oracle Hyperion applications including Planning, Essbase, HFM, PBCS/EPBCS , and related modules. Work with finance and business teams to understand planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements. Design and develop business rules, calculations, forms, hierarchies, and integration workflows . Develop and optimize Essbase cubes , metadata, and calculation scripts. Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Create technical documentation, solution designs, and user training materials. Support migration activities, upgrades, and enhancements. Integrate Hyperion applications with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, SAP , etc. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across Hyperion environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science , or related field. 3–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Suite. Strong expertise in: Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS Essbase (Block and ASO cubes) HFM (optional if not required) Smart View Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and reporting . Proficiency in Business Rules (Calc Manager), SQL, scripting (VB, Groovy optional) . Experience with FDMEE or other ETL tools (preferred). Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s). Experience with EPM Cloud automation and REST APIs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of cloud financial systems and integrations.
