Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior CRO Designer to help drive better performance across our SEO and PPC campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and performance marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • Identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across digital assets.
  • Design strategic improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to implement and QA design changes.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for landing pages and websites.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the design and QA process.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of user behavior and UX best practices.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Submit a design sample based on the provided project brief.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRO design.
