Job Title: Visual Merchandiser We are seeking a skilled and strategic Visual Merchandiser to join our digital merchandising team. This role plays a key part in shaping customer experience across our digital platforms by developing high-impact visual assets and compelling copy for our portfolio of digital campaigns throughout the fiscal year. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative thinking, digital fluency, and merchandising expertise to drive engagement and conversion. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end creative development for digital merchandising campaigns, from ideation and asset creation to execution and optimization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, brand creative and marketing to deliver high-quality, on-brand digital experiences that align with business objectives, meet production timelines, and continuously evolve based on performance insights and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end creative development for digital merchandise campaigns, encompassing creative ideation, asset and copy development, briefing, UAT preview and maintenance. Contribute to the execution of our campaign programs by partnering with the Digital Merchandising team to develop high-quality landing page mock-ups that visually communicate business objectives through compelling, on-brand imagery and copy. Lead creative reviews with internal teams, ensuring projects align with merchandising priorities Monitor and refine creative materials to meet Albertsons brand standards and guidelines. Manage creative workflows, meet production timelines and ensure seamless execution across various curated digital experiences. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on merchandising experiences to ensure the creative experience matches the brief. Identify, resolve, or escalate any issues to the GCC Digital Merchandising manager as well as onshore Digital Merchandising + Channel Merchandising teams. Remain current on digital merchandising trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the customer experience. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital content and make data-informed recommendations for optimization. Manage ad-hoc creative projects. Stay informed on the competitive landscape and proactively apply insights to enhance strategic planning for promotional campaigns. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. 6–9 years of experience in digital merchandising, content creation, or e-commerce. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/ Figma/ Photoshop/ similar tools) Experience working in Figma, asset management systems (DAM) and project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) preferred Strong Microsoft Office application skills Familiarity with SEO best practices for web copywriting is a plus Desired Skills & Attributes: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights preferred Excellent communication and project management skills Creative Strategy & Brand Alignment Wireframing & Digital Asset Curation Functional Collaboration & Communication Front-end UAT experience with flawless execution
