Renate Homes is the real estate arm of Renate Ventures, building India’s next-generation real estate ecosystem. We specialize in residential rentals, premium property sales, and land assets, with a vision to make real estate transactions faster, transparent, and more profitable.


We are seeking driven, persuasive, and energetic sales professionals to join Renate Homes as Real Estate Salespersons. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, enjoys closing deals, and wants to grow with India’s fastest-emerging real estate venture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leads for residential rental and sale properties.
  • Conduct property showings, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Maintain and update property listings across digital platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, NoBroker, etc.).
  • Build relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and tenants.
  • Work closely with marketing interns to drive inbound leads.
  • Track and report pipeline progress using simple CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets (Avg. 15 deals /month).



Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management (freshers with strong sales drive can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong local knowledge of residential and commercial property markets.
  • Ability to work independently and hit aggressive sales targets.
  • Comfortable with both fieldwork (on-ground visits) and digital outreach.



Compensation & Growth
  • Base Stipend: ₹25,000/month (depending on profile).
  • Bonus Commissions: 30% of net firm profit per deal (average bonus ₹1.5L-₹2.25L monthly).
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional incentives for overachieving targets.
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to grow into a Director role at Renate Homes with ESOPs and higher revenue shares.
