Key Responsibilities

It is a Leadership role - we are looking for a young, dynamic, and multi-tasker, high in problem-solving and critical thinking.

Will plan and execute the complete academic & non-academic activity of a Batch.

Construct an advanced academic calendar for a semester, or year followed by a batch.

Course Curriculum planning, monitoring & execution of the subject - Semester wise, Week wise, and day-wise.

Engage the team of Academic - Assistant Batch In-charge, Junior batch In-charge & Academic coordinator in daily planning & execution of daily checklist.

Liaising with all department HOD - Course execution, quality of teaching-learning, student learning, feedback & workload,

Liaising with Placement departments for WIP, SIP, Live projects & Final placement,

Liaising with Exam departments regarding the timely submission of internal evaluation, and External evaluation

Liaising with Administration departments for Hostel faculties, Canteen, and transportation

Generate Daily, Weekly, and Quarterly reports on academic planned & execution and deviation reports.
