Role Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and disciplined Options Trader to become an integral part of our fast-paced and rapidly expanding trading team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding and command of options derivatives, with a primary specially focus on trading index options such as Nifty, Bank Nifty, and Sensex. They should possess a well-defined, back-tested trading strategy, a keen eye for market trends, and the capability to execute trades with precision, speed, and confidence. Additionally, the candidate must exhibit strong risk management skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and a consistent approach to maximizing returns while preserving capital in varying market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute intraday and positional trades in index options (Nifty/Bank Nifty&sensex) or stock options.
• Apply technical and/or quantitative strategies to generate consistent returns.
• Maintain daily trade logs and performance tracking.
• Follow market news and events that impact options volatility and price action.
• Ensure proper risk-reward ratio and stop-loss adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Options Strategies and Market Making
• Proficiency in Trading, specifically in proprietary trading
• Skills in Hedging and managing financial risks
• Familiarity with platforms like Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, or similar.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are a plus
