The role will closely work with the CFO and be responsible for managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, direct taxation, and balance sheet finalization for a large service-based organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation, consolidation, and finalization of Balance Sheet and financial statementsHandling consolidation of accounts for entities with turnover of ₹500 Cr+Managing Direct Taxation with strong focus on Income Tax (computation, returns, assessments, notices, etc.)Overseeing Statutory Audits and coordinating with auditorsEnsuring accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely financial reportingEnsuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsSupporting CFO in financial planning, analysis, and decision-makingImproving internal controls and financial processesEligibility & QualificationsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-CA experienceExperience in service industry with turnover of ₹500 Cr+ is mandatoryRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong expertise in Direct Taxes (especially Income Tax)Proven experience in consolidation and balance sheet preparationHands-on experience in reconciliation and financial reportingSound knowledge of statutory audits and complianceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work closely with senior managementAdditional RequirementsEarly joiners preferred
