Purpose of Job:

We are looking for a seasoned, experienced, and highly motivated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) full-stack technical lead within Advanced Digital Services Team. As a full stack AEM lead, the candidate would be leading applications architecture, design, and implementations hosted on Adobe Experience Manager both from the backend technologies like AEM, Java/J2EE and frontend technologies like modern JavaScript with the following job responsibilities:

About the role

Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager preferably on version 6.4 and above.

Strong Knowledge of Sling models, sling servlets, event listeners & handlers, custom workflows, multisite management, and integration knowledge with custom APIs.

Strong Knowledge of OSGI frameworks, JCR standards, and sling frameworks.

Strong knowledge of creating components, templates, overriding/overloading, experience/content fragments, and HTL/Slightly programming

Strong knowledge of Dispatchers and all their configurations

Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE preferably Java 8 or above

Good knowledge of integrating with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and other components in Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Good knowledge of integration of AEM with Marketo and familiarity with the Marketo platform.

Good knowledge and understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and XSD.

Good knowledge of Adobe Commerce Integration Framework

Good knowledge of Headless CMS, Commerce Integration Framework - "CIF" connector, and Headless Commerce architecture

Good knowledge of Jira or Azure Dev Ops development tools for managing and delivering requirements.

Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, jQuery, Responsive Web Development, and ReactJS/Vue with an understanding of modern UI frameworks and front-end Architecture

Familiarity with the DevOps toolset, CICD, and Pipelines

Familiarity with content distribution networks like Akamai or Cloudflare or Azure CDN

Familiarity with search engines like Solr or Elastic, or Coveo

Familiarity with experience with editors like Eclipse or IntelliJ

Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket or SVN or TFS

Familiarity with continuous inspection and static analysis of code using SonarQube and static/dynamic application security scanning using tools like Checkmarx and Accunetix

Familiarity with cloud architecture and application hosting on Cloud

Familiarity with Agile models of software development approaches

Familiarity with E-Commerce applications both B2B and B2C Portals, and integration with Azure ADB2C is an added advantage.

Sound experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite teams.

Education & Experience:

Master's or Bachelor of Engineering or any other equivalent experience

A candidate with having overall 8 plus years of Web Development experience, 6 years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager, and 2 plus years of UI experience.

4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing and guiding teams in a collaborative environment.

Candidates having Adobe Experience Manager Architect certification, any Cloud, DevOps, and Java/J2EE Certifications would be an added advantage.
