You’ll drive content discoverability and engagement across social, search, and community ecosystems — optimizing for SEO and AEO/GEO, managing Joveo’s social and video presence, and engaging in relevant conversations across platforms like , Reddit, Quora, and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Distribution Strategy: Build and execute an integrated distribution plan across owned, earned, shared, and community channels — including , X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and partner sites.AEO & SEO: Optimize content for both traditional and AI-powered discovery (Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT). Conduct entity mapping and structural optimization to ensure Joveo content is surfaced in search results and AI responses.Social Media Management: Own Joveo’s presence across all major platforms. Create, schedule, and engage daily with content that reinforces brand leadership, thought leadership, and product innovation.Video Content Production: 1. Coordinate, record, and finalize episodes for Recruiting Realities and Hire We Go 2. Collaborate with the brand, design, and content teams on scripts, visuals, and post-production edits. 3. Ensure every video is optimized for captions, thumbnails, and cross-platform performance.Community Engagement: Proactively participate in relevant industry discussions on Reddit, Quora, and niche forums — answering questions, sharing resources, and building Joveo’s authority and visibility.Amplification & Partnerships: Extend reach through influencer engagement, partner amplification, and repurposing content into shareable formats.Performance & Analytics: Monitor engagement, reach, visibility, and conversion metrics. Provide data-backed recommendations to improve performance.Trendspotting: Stay current on social algorithms, AI discovery trends, and emerging community platforms to keep Joveo at the forefront of digital visibility.What You’ll Bring4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, and/or digital distribution (B2B SaaS or HR tech preferred).Proven experience managing a corporate presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and specialized industry forums.Strong understanding of how search, social, and AI algorithms shape discoverability.Experience producing or editing short-form video content for social channels.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO, GA4, etc.).Experience using AI tools for content ideation and optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Canva, etc.).A data-driven mindset paired with creative instincts — you can measure what works and scale it.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across time zones.Why JoveoBe part of an AI-native company redefining recruitment marketing.Collaborate with a global, creative, and high-performing marketing team.Shape how a category-defining brand shows up to the world — and help it be found everywhere it matters.
