We are hiring a Security Architect to lead authentication and authorization strategy across our Control Plane and Data Plane—with a strong emphasis on Okta-based federation and scalable IAM frameworks.

This role is critical to defining how users and services authenticate across isolated environments and shared services using modern protocols and zero-trust principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a Multi‑Tenant Authentication & Authorization blueprint using Okta.
  • Architect IAM solutions for Control Plane services (tenant registry, auth broker, SCIM endpoints) and Data Plane (tenant-isolated compute/storage).
  • Integrate and federate identity providers like Okta, Keycloak, and others via OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Enable JIT user provisioning, MFA, RBAC/ABAC policies, and secure JWT/JWKS-based token validation.
  • Define access management policies across the SaaS stack including SP/RP interactions.
  • Drive security reviews, risk analysis, and implementation of secure service-to-service authentication.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to enforce consistent security architecture across the product.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in Security Architecture or IAM roles in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Okta, Keycloak, and modern identity frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and JWT standards.
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization in multi-tenant applications.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust, SSO, delegated admin, and MFA enforcement.
  • Experience in securing distributed systems, handling token validation (JWK/JWKS), and managing IdP federation.
  • Understanding of RBAC/ABAC, and API security principles.
