What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead and expand the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India.

* Define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives to increase Synopsys' market presence and customer success.

* Act as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, ensuring that Synopsys' DFT offerings align with customer requirements.

* Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.

* Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development, roadmap planning, and process enhancement.

* Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

* Drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the Applications Engineering function.

* Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

What You'll Need:

* Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.

* Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.

* Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with technical documentation standards.

* BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred).

* Experience in customer-facing roles and global team management is highly desirable.

* Familiarity with Synopsys tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
