The Software Operator will be responsible for managing and operating software systems used in the jewellery design and manufacturing processes. Daily tasks will include data entry, software troubleshooting, collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of technology platforms. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, optimizing workflow, and adhering to deadlines for project completion.QualificationsProficiency in operating software tools related to jewellery design, production, or data managementStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth system operationsExperience with data entry, database management, and producing accurate reportsCollaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detailKnowledge or experience in the jewellery industry and design software is a preferred advantageBachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Software Applications, or similar is beneficial
