Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team and help scale our App and Services businesses, in the Shopify and BigCommerce domain. This is your opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a high-growth venture. Given that this is an mid career opening, you must have 6+ years of full-stack development experience with a demonstrated track record of quantifiable results. In addition to being customer-centric, high-integrity, a voracious appetite to learn, action-bias, ownership, and humility are critical personality attributes we will screen for. Please note that this is not a remote role and is based at our Ahmedabad office.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including specification, development, testing, and deployment while managing a team.
• Help develop, implement, and maintain solutions for eCommerce clients using Shopify or BigCommerce platforms with the team.
• Leverage full stack development skills to create architecture for responsive, scalable, and robust web solutions.
• Actively collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Utilize business development skills to expand our clientele, propose new projects, and establish strong client relationships.
• Actively participate in team meetings and propose strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying them to our practices to drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Solid experience in full stack development, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and its modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, Express.js, and others.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB, and web servers like Apache and Nginx.
• Strong business development skills and ability to work with diverse clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of web accessibility and security compliance.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to our practices.
