Role Description

Lead the design, deployment, and management of robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure to support business growth and innovation. Drive operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Ensure network stability, performance, and scalability to meet organizational needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and administrators.
  • Design and implement network architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Enforce network security policies, conduct regular assessments, and respond to incidents in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, swiftly addressing bottlenecks and issues.
  • Monitor network security and conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and deliver regular reports on network health, incidents, and security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years in network management/engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and hardware/software (Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Strong knowledge of network security best practices and tools.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must have knowledge of CISCO Miraki wireless.
  • Hands on experience on Fortinet Firewalls.
