Frontend

  • JavaScript (ES6+): Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts like closures, promises, async/await, and event handling.
  • Frameworks/Libraries:
  • React.Js or Vue.Js: Experience with component-based architecture, state management (e.G., Redux, Vuex), hooks, and context.
  • TypeScript: Experience with strongly-typed JavaScript.
  • Next.Js/Nuxt.Js: Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • CSS Frameworks: Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
  • Frontend Build Tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.
  • Understanding of Flutter and React Native would be added advantage
  • Must aware of frontend hosting platforms like Firebase, Subabase, Vercel


Backend Skills:

  • Node.Js: Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Express.Js or Koa.Js: Familiar with building web applications and handling HTTP requests/responses.
  • Database Management:
  • SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Proficiency in writing complex queries, understanding joins, indexing, and optimization.
  • Authentication & Authorization:
  • Experience with JWT, OAuth2, or other authentication strategies.
  • API Design:
  • RESTful API principles.
  • Knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL and its implementations.


Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch.
  • Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid.
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • A working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
