40Company :- Ambit Finvest Position :- Collection ManagerLocation :- Andheri-Kurla road, Mumbai Job Overview: As a Collection Manager at Ambit Finvest, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collection process, implementing effective strategies to recover outstanding payments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of collection agents, monitor their performance, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the collection process. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of collection agents.Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.Foster a positive and motivated work environment. Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve targets.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Regularly review and update collection policies and procedures. Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collection team.Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team achievements.Take corrective actions to address performance issues. Customer Relations:Work with customers to establish repayment plans and resolve issues.Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.Maintain a customer-centric approach while ensuring the company's interests are protected. Compliance:Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in collection laws. Reporting:Prepare regular reports on collection activities, team performance, and key metrics.Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications and Skills : Proven experience in collections management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections.
