Designation: Senior Manager – Data Privacy

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Privacy professional to lead and strengthen our data protection and compliance framework. The role requires strong expertise in privacy regulations, compliance, and advisory for large-scale engagements across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Privacy programs ensuring compliance with global and local regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, HIPAA, etc.).
• Oversee implementation of privacy frameworks, policies, and risk assessments.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage privacy risks.
• Support client engagements by advising on data handling, cross-border transfers, and third-party risk.
• Work closely with Legal, IT, Security, and Risk teams for end-to-end compliance.
• Drive privacy awareness, training, and governance programs.
• Lead audits and readiness assessments for data privacy certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Privacy and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with privacy tools and GRC platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
• Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, ISO 27701, DCPP (any combination preferred).
