Job Role - Costumer Support ExecutiveInbound Customer Service CentreHandling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide

Responsibilities and Duties• Communication: Good written and oral communication skills in English• Education qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline• Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.• Pure Work from office• 24/7 rotational shift 6 days of work/ Week off: -1-day rotational week off Qualifications• Education – Graduate or Pursuing OR Diploma in Aviation from a Reputed institute• Experience - Fresher/ Experience
