Founder’s Office + Growth Manager (2–5 yrs)Location: Mumbai (Powai) / HybridCompensation: ₹12–18 LPA + ESOPsAbout MitsuMitsu is a consumer mental healthtech start-up building a hybrid model that combines tech-enabled offline clinics with the Mitsu app, which offers research-backed, personalised mental well-being programs.Our vision is to build the largest and most trusted consumer mental health brand in India, and reshape how mental healthcare is delivered and accessed.About the roleWe’re looking for a T-shaped operator with early-stage startup experience to work directly with the founder and own high-impact projects across growth, product marketing, and special 0-> 1 initiatives.What You will do?Your single most important metric would be to drive user and business growth, including:• Drive user acquisition (paid + organic)• Run growth experiments and improve funnels• Build campus/creator-led programs• Lead product marketing & campaign execution• Support investor updates, research & fundraising materials• Execute 0→1 projects end-to-end• Work cross-functionally with design, therapists & ops teamsWhat we are looking for?• 2–5 years experience in an early-stage startup (must-have)• Experience in growth, founder’s office, business ops or product marketing• Clear communication + analytical thinking• Proactive, organised, and comfortable with ambiguity• Excited about meaningful work in mental healthWhat we offer?• ₹12–18L fixed + meaningful ESOPs• Massive autonomy + end-to-end ownership• Direct work with the founder• Ability to shape growth across clinics & the Mitsu appTo apply:You could apply on LinkedIn or DM me or email me at: amit.khanuja@mitsu.care
