Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and customization of CRM systems to enhance client interactions and optimize business processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored CRM solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client requirements.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM to improve functionality and performance.

- Develop and maintain Power Portals, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to enhance CRM capabilities.

- Design and implement custom plugins, actions, and custom workflows to extend CRM functionality.

- Develop XRM scripts and portal scripts to enable seamless integrations and automate business processes.

- Leverage Liquid Language to customize Power Portals and ensure integration with Dynamics 365 and external systems.

- Develop and optimize data flows and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

- Build custom APIs and ensure smooth data integration between CRM and other enterprise systems.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather client requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

- Collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in the end-to-end CRM project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5-6 years of experience in CRM development with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Proven experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, and XRM script development.

- Solid understanding of C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom development.

- Strong experience in integrating CRM systems with external platforms and data sources.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and version control best practices.

Technical Skills :

- D365 CRM Technical Implementation : Expertise in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Power Platform : Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Plugin Development : Experience in developing Dynamics Plugins, Actions, and Custom Workflows.

- XRM Scripts and Portal Scripts : Ability to write and manage XRM scripts and portal scripts.

- Liquid Language : Familiarity with Liquid for customizing Power Portals.

- Web Technologies : Knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end and back-end development.

- Version Control : Experience with Azure DevOps and Git
