Scientific Engagement Lead

About the Role:

This position is responsible for leading scientific engagement with medical experts. The incumbent will implement clinical and educational strategies, as well as respond to unsolicited medical enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage healthcare professionals in impactful scientific discussions aligned to our medical strategy.
  • Identify data gaps and opportunities for real-world evidence and precision medicine.
  • Gather field insights to inform product strategy and evidence generation plans.
  • Support clinical trial execution and site education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored scientific content through digital and in-person channels.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and manage administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in health or life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare systems, research procedures, and industry guidelines.
  • A proven ability to apply digital solutions for stakeholder engagement and field medical insights.
  • Strong communication and scientific presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
  • Ability to apply digital and IT solutions for stakeholder engagement and field medical insights.
