Designed by Apurva Amin Architects, it offers the perfect balance between urban comfort and serene living.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Junior Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations for Phase 1 of the project. The candidate will be responsible for measurement verification, quantity estimation, contractor supervision, and on-site quality control to ensure smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site supervision and ensure work progress as per drawings and schedule.Take accurate measurements and prepare material quantity estimates for procurement and billing.Verify contractor work, check measurements, and assist in preparing contractor payment certificates.Monitor and maintain quality control as per project specifications and structural drawings.Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.Maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and safety compliance records.Support the senior engineer and project manager in ensuring timely completion of milestones.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering1–3 years of site experience (preferably in residential or villa projects)Sound knowledge of quantity take-offs, bar bending schedules, and billingBasic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation toolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage labor teams and work under deadlinesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on a landmark residential project by Surendra Satya LLPExposure to premium construction standards and on-site project managementAccommodation/travel support (for outstation candidates)Growth opportunities within our expanding real estate portfolio
