Job Title: Manager - SAP Basis

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager - SAP Basis to lead our SAP Basis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all SAP new projects, handling internal and external audits, and ensuring continuous improvement in relevant areas. The role also involves managing users, assigning roles and authorization, and providing Basis support for OS, DB, and application technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP ECC, BI, GRC, and Solman Administration: User administration, role and authorization management, SAP OSS, router access and control, and addressing functional and basis activities issues.

2. System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring file system, database growth, and SAP spool/print management. Updating SAP server patches, kernel patches, and notes as required.

3. SAP BASIS Administration: Providing support for SAP landscape, reviewing and implementing security policies, and performing daily online checks for SAP performance, background job, and database monitoring and tuning.

4. Disaster Recovery Management: Managing SAP DR, connectivity, replication log monitoring, and coordinating with IBM and DR drill.

5. SAP License, Compliance, and Audit Management: Managing SAP license, compliance, and audit activities, including SAP OSS activities.

6. System Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system and DB performance, response time, DB time, hit ratios, and operating system activity on CPU utilization and paging.

7. SoD GRC Risk/Access Management: Managing SoD GRC risk/access management.

8. Transport Management System (TMS): Managing TMS, system profiles, client maintenance, and SAP router management.

9. OS, Database, and SAP Upgrades: Planning and executing OS, database, and SAP upgrades.

10. SAP System Landscapes: Designing, setting up, and reorganizing SAP system landscapes.

Educational Qualifications

- MCA or BE

- More than 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
