The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, analyze financial data, and develop strategies to optimize organizational performance. Additional responsibilities include leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring fiscal compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in FinanceExperience in Financial Reporting and compliance managementStrong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software tools and systemsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferredProven experience in financial management rolesAbility to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
