Role Description Find companies hiring IT contractors, reach out, introduce our services, and schedule meetings. You should know IT staffing terms (C2C/W2/Contract) and be comfortable doing outreach on LinkedIn, email, and job boards. Maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating across teams to support staffing and sales goals. Responsibilities: Identify companies hiring IT contractors Reach out and pitch our consulting services Build relationships with recruiters/hiring managers Book qualified meetings Help close new consulting contracts Ideal Candidate: Experience in IT staffing / BD / lead generation Good communication skills Existing vendor/client network is a plus Understanding of IT staffing, bench sales, and client acquisition strategies Compensation: Hourly + commission  or commission-only
