Innovation Engineer – AWS

Scope: The Innovation Engineer will design and implement AI-driven solutions using AWS services. The role includes building scalable AI components, integrating data sources, and supporting agentic workflows on AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain AI plugins and connectors for AWS-based AI platforms.

Design orchestration layers using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and other services.

Ensure high-quality prompt engineering and evaluation.

Integrate structured and unstructured data using AWS-native tools.

Support use case development across no-codelow-codepro-code environments.

Perform data mining, cleansing, and preparation for AI agents.

Build reusable components and services with a product mindset.

Transition solutions to support teams and assist in production issue resolution.

Required Skills:

5+ years in Data Engineering, Semantic Search, and open-source development.

Strong experience with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, etc.

Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and LangChain.

Deep understanding of SQL, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.

Familiarity with IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and OpenSearch Serverless.

Experience with Git-based source control and Terraform for IaC.
