Assistant Vice President, Digital Marketing, Branding and Communications -(WD73027)

Job Purpose:

To drive DTI's digital marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and attract top talent. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns with the help of an agency across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize DTI's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective content presentation. Monitor website analytics and social media metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, and presentations, that align with DTI's brand and marketing objectives. Curate relevant industry content and share it effectively across various channels. Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to DTI's website. Social Media Management: Manage DTI's social media presence, including community building, engagement, and crisis management. Manage the execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Monitor social media conversations and respond promptly to inquiries and comments. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent to DTI through digital channels. Manage DTI's employer branding initiatives across various platforms, including social media and career sites. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to enhance DTI's employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates. Project Management & Collaboration: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Tech Business Units, HR, and IT, to achieve marketing objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies. Media & Public Relations Support: Support DTI media spokespersons in media and external speaking engagements. Collaborate with the Group media team to manage media relations and public relations activities. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with creative, digital, and events vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure optimal results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in omni-channel brand, digital & marketing campaigns, events &/ or communications/ social media role, preferably from a GCC (Global Capability Center) . Strong writing and listening skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Proven experience in managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Hands-on experience with website management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and website analytics tools. Strong project management and execution capabilities with an appreciation of broader business objectives and impact. Effective in negotiation and management of vendors including creative and media agencies within tight project deadlines and budgets. Highly collaborative personality with the ability to build relationships across different levels of seniority to execute seamlessly on cross-functional/ Business Unit initiatives. Ability to multi-task, be highly adaptable, eager to learn and respond quickly to evolving situations with prompt solutions while working under pressure. Passion for technology and a strong interest in the financial services industry.
