Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
  • Graduation Timeline: Candidates must have completed their degree with no active backlogs by June 2024.

Your Role:

  1. Actively participate in real-world electric vehicle projects, learning from and contributing to critical design and engineering activities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development, testing, and optimization of EV systems and components.
  3. Conduct research and technical analysis to address challenges and drive innovation in the e-mobility space.
  4. Assist in prototyping and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of vehicle systems.
  5. Apply and uphold industry best practices, standards, and technologies in vehicle design and manufacturing.
  6. Communicate progress, insights, and ideas effectively while engaging in dynamic team discussions.
  7. Commit to project timelines and quality standards with a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant project experience in automotive or electric vehicle domains through coursework, competitions, hobby projects, or internships.
  • Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, or production processes in the automotive field.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving sustainable innovation.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and a learning-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
