Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PLM Teamcenter Developer with a strong background in Java and/or C/C++ to join our dynamic team. With 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Siemens Teamcenter PLM framework, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development to test plan definition, in response to business requirements. You will leverage your expertise to customize and configure Teamcenter, develop solutions using the Teamcenter APIs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PLM environment. Excellent communication skills and experience working within an Agile framework are essential for this role. You will be responsible for the on-time delivery of design, development, testing, and deployment activities according to project plans.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Teamcenter PLM solutions.

- Perform solution design and translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Teamcenter framework.

- Develop customizations and configurations within the Teamcenter environment, including Active Workspace (AWC).

- Utilize Java and/or C/C++ programming languages in conjunction with Siemens Teamcenter PLM APIs and related application frameworks (ITK).

- Develop and customize Teamcenter Rich Client (RAC), Server-side functionalities, and Utility applications.

- Implement and maintain PLM security configurations within Teamcenter.

- Define and develop custom solutions leveraging the AAM PLM framework to address specific business needs.

- Create comprehensive solution proposals and technical specifications documentation.

- Apply a strong understanding of Teamcenter PLM application usage in support of product design and manufacturing processes, Bill of Material (BOM) management, and Change Management concepts.

- Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.

- Ensure on-time delivery of design, development, testing, and deployment tasks as per project plans.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter customizations and configurations.

Must Have Skills :

- Extensive experience (8+ years) working with Teamcenter PLM.

- Strong proficiency in ITK (Integration Toolkit) for Teamcenter development.

- Hands-on experience with AWC (Active Workspace) configuration and customization.

- Proven experience in Teamcenter Customization and Configuration using BMIDE (Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment).

- Solid development skills in C++ and/or Java.

- Experience with Teamcenter Rich Client (RAC) development and customization.

Good to have Skills :

- Experience with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) within the Teamcenter context.

- Knowledge of Teamcenter System Administration tasks.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with Teamcenter APIs.

- Experience with Teamcenter Integration with other enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with React JS for frontend development (beneficial for AWC customization).
