Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and will be responsible for growing revenue through LinkedIn Sales Navigator digital media and Twitter/Zoom Info/Manta/Apollo/Other Social Media Channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
  • Manage paid advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.
Your Tasks:
  • Monitor the organization's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
  • Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand, and drive engagement.
  • Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars, or conferences.
  • Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience of at least three (3) years in SEO, digital marketing, content writing, web design, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (like Twitter and LinkedIn).
  • Strong attention to detail with time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
