Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Record to Report (R2R) module implementation, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP R2R modules to meet client needs.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) for seamless process integration.
  • Ensure alignment of R2R processes with organizational and industry best practices.
  • Provide functional leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO with focus on Record to Report processes.
  • Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
  • Strong experience in S/4HANA migration or implementation projects (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading large teams and multiple project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • SAP R2R / FI certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations as a Lead.
