Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging and brand-consistent assets across various digital and print platforms to support our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate strategic ideas into compelling designs that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact visuals for marketing campaigns, including:
  • Assist in designing presentations and documents, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Event and promotional materials.
  • Social media graphics.
  • Blog and content illustrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, content writers, and digital marketers to deliver cohesive campaign assets.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and requirements (e.g., social media sizes, ad specs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience is an added advantage.
