Greetings from Nityo,We are hiring.Title- Firewall Governance EngineerLocation- Pune, MHDuration- PermanentPosition Description We are looking for an expert on Firewall Governance technologies predominantly Tufin having exposure on Firewall Rule reviews and cleanupWe are setting up Tufin as Network Security Posture Management Tool so we would need a candidate with Tufin experience (TSCE Certified) to manage Firewall governance tasks.Job ResponsibilitiesManaging regular upgrades / patches of the Tufin tool and related infrastructure Tufin Hardware EOL management Upkeeping the Tufin infrastructure and related Firewall configurations and troubleshooting the ongoing issues / errors Helping in DR exercise / actual DR situations Governance on Firewall change requests being processed (assist on-prem team on approvals of the changes according to risk reviews) Periodic review of implemented changes (weekly on sample basis) against what was requested in SNOW Driving firewall configuration reviews periodically Driving Rule recertification activity annually (Annual Firewall Rule Review)Perform rule usage-based review (unused / redundant rules) Risky rules review Taking daily snapshots / backup of all FW and devices (oversee automated tasks if any) Skills and Experience Technical Skills: Good understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, NAT, Routing etc.)Good knowledge of Information security conceptsStrong understanding of Firewall devices (CISCO ASA, Fortinet etc.) as well as Firewall Assurance tool - TufinStrong analytical mindset or approach for dealing with large data and finding meaningful trends from thatGood inter-personal communications skills and follow-up methodsStrong working experience with MS Excel or other data handling toolsEducational / Professional Qualifications Tufin Certified Security Expert (TCSE) - CertificationTertiary education (beneficial)5-8 years’ work experience in Firewall management, Rule reviews, preferably prior experience in a financial service industryAnil Sheoran Sr. Executive– Technical Resource+91 9813621334+852- 58014296anil.sheoran@nityo.com
