We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Architects to join our team and grow with us.

As part of the Design team, you will be responsible for production documentation and detail drawings for a variety of design assignments and assist in the overall effort to complete various phases of the project.

The role provides the opportunity to be involved in multiple phases of a project.

This is a full-time work from office position. We are looking to fill the positions immediately and hence local candidates will be given first preference.

ELIGIBILITY

  • B.Arch. with 0-3 years of experience

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Good conceptualizing skills, or evidence of its potential.
  • Good design logics and problem-solving ability.
  • Drive to achieve high standards of deliverables.
  • Previous experience in large scale industrial projects/ workplace design is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of and an interest in current design trends and materials is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with knowledge of basic workflows and drawing maintenance.
  • Commitment to produce clean and precise deliverables.
  • Proficiency in 3D presentation software specifically Revit, Sketchup, Lumion or the like.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player with an open attitude to learn, adapt and deliver.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
