About the roleWe’re looking for a rockstar Finance Manager who wants to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the finance function.
ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end accounting including balance sheet reconciliation, bookkeeping, etcPrepare & maintain updated financial statements and reports, such as cash-flow, P&L statements, etcEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all our company entities, such as tax laws, banking regulations, international sanctions, etcEvaluate and decide on investmentsOwn forecasting, financial modeling, and budgetingOwn end-to-end internal auditing of financial statements & be the point of contact for external auditsProcess payroll for employees based in India, and own PF & TDS compliance for the sameOwn end-to-end finance operationsConduct risk management analysis
RequirementsEducational qualification: Chartered Accountant7-10 years of relevant work experience post CA in an accounting/finance role in a startup with US & Indian entitiesWorking knowledge of accounting principals, finance concepts, India & USA regulations, etcStrong analytical skills & attention to detailProficiency in using accounting softwareProven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
