If this sounds good, please reach out to start a conversation.Role OverviewWe are looking for someone with 2 years of experience of managing operations in Events and Activation Industry at a national level. This position will require providing leadership to the existing operations team, develop and nurture associate networks and ensure excellence in execution of events and activation projects.Experience Experience of managing events, exhibitions and BTL ActivationsBasic knowledge of permissions, regulations and licenses required for events and activationsManaging logistics for event and activation roll-outsAwareness of latest technologies and equipment for event productionWorking knowledge of social media promotionsRole Be present during events and activation projectsEnsure that projects are executed as per set protocolsPlan logistics for events and activation projectsEnsure timely reporting and post-activity evaluation with clientEnsure compliance with all government regulations, health and safety guidelines in projects and obtain required permissions and licensesCollaborate with teams across branches ensuring smooth executionIdentify the associates/vendors and obtain the best costs prevailing in the industryBe ready to travel across the country at short notices as per project needsAbilities Team cordinationPlanning skillsWritten and spoken communications skills in English
