Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (F/M)

Location: Remote but based in Bangalore

Contract Type: Service contract through our partner in India, which is an umbrella company.

We invite you to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer.

Your main mission will be to deploy and optimise machine learning models in production while measuring their performance and ensuring their scalability.


Your main missions (should you choose to accept):

  • Develop and Maintain Automatic Pipelines : Ensure scalability - from data to model, from training to deployment.
  • Continuous Improvement of Models : Keep an eye on the state of the art in AI and quickly adapt powerful architectures.
  • Data Flow Management : Handle massive incoming data flows.
  • Model Serving on Multiple Platforms: From Cloud to embedded systems.


Required technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow, especially for Computer Vision tasks
  • Containerization: Knowledge of Docker or Podman is necessary
  • Knowledge of ca ontainer orchestration system like Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of an AI & ML workflow management system like Kubeflow
  • ML experiment management and tracking: MLflow, Tensorboard, w&b, Neptune, ClearML or similar tools
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Data and metadata analysis and organisation
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Git


Nice-to-have skills:

  • Dataset versioning tools: DVC, lakeFS or equivalent
  • Data and statistics visualization tools like Grafana
  • Knowledge of vector databases
  • Experience of production model deployment on edge devices: Nvidia Jetson and TensorRT knowledge is a plus


Soft skills:

  • Experience working in environments that use agile methodologies.
  • Have proven proactiveness in past experience.
  • Environmental sensitivity is very appreciated.
  • Ability to integrate into a startup and cosmopolitan environment.


Profile sought:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ML engineering or MLOps in the field of computer vision
  • Language: Fluent in English with clear internet quality for proper remote communication.
