Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Alfresco, Nuxeo, and IBM CMOD to design, develop, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing ECM platforms, building integrations, and delivering scalable backend systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring BootCustomize and extend Alfresco Content Services, including workflows, content models, web scripts, and modulesDevelop and configure solutions on Nuxeo and integrate with enterprise systemsWork with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) for storage, retrieval, and archiving use casesBuild and maintain integrations using REST APIs and microservicesTroubleshoot ECM platform issues across Alfresco, Nuxeo, and CMOD environmentsWork cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveryPrepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure ECM best practicesRequired Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, and design patternsHands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring DataSolid working experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS)Practical experience with Nuxeo platform development and customizationKnowledge of IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand) for content archiving and retrievalExperience building custom modules, behaviors, workflows, and extensions across ECM platformsProficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and backend integrationsGood understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD processes
