Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper allocation of payments. Assist with the preparation of accounts receivable aging and collection reports for management review. Support credit management activities, including credit limit reviews and credit analysis for new and existing customers. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable, including accruals and reconciliations. Provide administrative support to the accounts receivable team, including filing and organizing documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the accounts receivable function. Qualifications: Fluent English & Mandarin 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with experience in SAP preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Experience with process improvements and system implementations is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Candidate should have hands-on experience in below activities from Accounts Receivable B2B Business.
