Electrical Design Engineer – Solar PV (mid-level) Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time | Office-based Minimum 3 year of experience in solar PV design is mandatory Opportunity for long-term career growth, multi-country project exposure and high visibility of work Do NOT Apply If You are a fresher  or a site engineer  without design experience You do not have at least 3 year  of hands-on experience in designing solar PV projects You are unable to work from our Ahmedabad office  full-time Must-Have Skills & Requirements More that 3 years  of hands-on experience in electrical design for solar PV projects Strong understanding of DC & AC system sizing , SLDs , equipment selection , and project-level coordination Proficient in Equipment & System Design Calculations and familiar with tools like AutoCAD Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Due consideration given to qualification for deciding pay-grade. Familiarity with relevant codes (IS , IEEE , etc.) and grid compliance requirements Comfortable working full-time from Ahmedabad office Strong ownership mindset and ability to produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Design DC & AC systems for ground-mount solar PV plants, including array layout, SLDs, equipment sizing, protection systems etc. Prepare drawings, BoQs, and technical documents for client submissions and internal reviews Coordinate with civil, structural, and BD teams to ensure end-to-end design alignment Support project-specific simulations and analysis using Excel-based calculations What We Offer Hands-on exposure to solar projects across the globe Mentorship from senior design engineers with a proven industry track record Fast learning curve with potential to grow into Design Managers / Project Lead  roles Culture of clarity, execution, and cross-functional collaboration How to Apply Apply via Easy Apply on LinkedIn OR  email your CV to  Subject line: “Electrical Design Engineer – Solar”
