Qualifications Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation skills Knowledge of the construction industry and RMC products Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
