Job Description

       Job Title: Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist

       Location: Mumbai (Fort)

       Experience: 2+ years

       Notice Period: 15-30 Days

       Budget: 13-14 LPA


       Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure the security, compliance, and seamless operation of mobile devices across the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain the Accops platform, ensuring optimal performance and secure access to virtual desktops and applications.
  • Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable access to applications and data for end-users.
  • Administer endpoint security solutions to protect all mobile devices and endpoints against security vulnerabilities and data breaches.
  • Configure policies for device encryption, app management, remote wipe, and other security measures through the MDM platform.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mobile devices, MDM platforms, VDI, and endpoint security.
  • Ensure devices are compliant with company policies and industry regulations by performing regular audits and implementing best practices for device management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mobile security features and integrate MDM solutions with other IT infrastructure systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile device management and endpoint security.

     Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security solutions and best practices.
  • Experience with Accops solutions and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.) and device management platforms.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing mobile device policies, remote wipe, app management, and device encryption.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device and endpoint security issues.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles, including data protection, network security, and user authentication.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based MDM solutions and their integration with on-premise systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and interact with stakeholders.

       Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional MDM platforms or endpoint security solutions.
  • Certification in MDM or related mobile security technologies.
  • Knowledge of advanced VDI configurations and management.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
