Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Finance solutions, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance with business requirements. This role requires deep expertise in FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA modules along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP Finance Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design, implement, and customize SAP Finance (FICO) solutions to support financial operations.

- Configure and personalize SAP Finance modules, including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.

- Lead and participate in S/4 HANA implementation and migration projects.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

2. System Configuration & Optimization :

- Perform SAP Finance system configurations and enhancements based on business needs.

- Optimize financial processes and reporting functionalities within SAP.

- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

3. Business Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Provide functional and technical support, training, and guidance to end-users.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

4. Documentation & Continuous Improvement :

- Develop and maintain SAP Finance system documentation and process guidelines.

- Stay updated with SAP best practices, latest trends, and emerging technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial automation and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).

- Expertise in SAP Finance modules : FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.

- S/4 HANA implementation experience is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Finance and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation.

- Knowledge of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).

- Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for finance automation.

- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud).
