Location: Gurgaon Industry: Trade Shows / Exhibitions / B2B F&B / Global PartnershipsAbout the Role We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic Project Head with strong experience in large-scale trade shows and global partnerships. You will drive exhibitor growth, partnerships, buyer programs, operations, and the overall success of the show.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project executionDrive exhibitor acquisition, international pavilions & partnershipsOversee operational planning, venue coordination & vendor managementBuild strategic alliances with trade councils, embassies, associations & global networksImprove exhibitor/visitor experience & satisfaction metricsLead cross-functional internal teams across sales, operations, and marketingIdeal Candidate4–5 years experience in trade fairs/exhibitions (not corporate events)Experience with international / B2B shows preferredStrong commercial & relationship-building skillsAbility to drive revenue targets & manage P&L componentsExperience working with event organisers, associations, or industry councilsPreferred Background Experience at organisations such as:Informa MarketsRX GlobalMesse Frankfurt / Messe Düsseldorf / NürnbergMessePragati Maidan / ITPO ecosystemGulfood / Dubai World Trade CentreHPCI / Fi India / IndusFood / Aahar ecosystemWhat We OfferOpportunity to build and scale an international exhibition platform in IndiaGlobal exposureGrowth-oriented culture with industry-leading autonomyPerformance-linked incentivesHow to Apply Apply via LinkedIn or send your resume to hr@interads.in Subject: Application – Project Head
