Title - US RecruiterLocation - Pune, OnsiteJob descriptionCandidates from 6 months to 2 years of experience in US recruitment can apply.Salary upto 35k per month.Timing: 6.30 PM IST – 3.30 AM ISTAs a US Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our organisation. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and utilise various tools to find qualified candidates. You'll evaluate candidate skills and experience, present job offers, and negotiate compensation packages.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate technical and interpersonal skills.Present job offers and negotiate compensation packages.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Requirements:Upto 2 years of experience in US recruiting, preferably with a focus on software development or Technologies roles.Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Hands on with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsWorking Conditions:This is an office-based role with night shifts, with some flexibility required.Pickup drop facility not available.Fluent english is MUST.Ability to face client Calls and Meetings.
