Dayforce Consultant

Location: Onsite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

• Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST

We are seeking a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with strong expertise in volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by leveraging Dayforce to optimize staffing and scheduling strategies.

• Lead volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
• Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
• Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
• Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.

• Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
• Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
