Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be a key liaison between our clients and development teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements for web and mobile application development projects. You will lead client interactions, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the creation of compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:

- Lead virtual and in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and project goals.

- Conduct thorough requirements elicitation sessions using techniques like interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.

- Proactively identify and address potential gaps or ambiguities in client requirements.

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business domains and industries.

Requirements Documentation & Analysis:

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

- Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs).

- Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and data flow diagrams to clearly illustrate requirements.

- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.

- Prioritize and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, designers) to assess the feasibility and effort required for proposed solutions.

- Contribute to the development of technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.

- Prepare detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

- Contribute to the creation of wireframes and user interface mockups, as needed.

Project Collaboration & Communication:

- Act as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

- Facilitate requirement reviews and walkthroughs with stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress and requirements changes.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

- Provide cost and time assessments of requirements.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and resolve issues related to requirements and project scope.

- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in web and mobile application development.

- Work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Presales Consultant in the web and mobile application development domain.

- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development technologies, platforms, and architectures.

- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, wireframing tools).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and other software development lifecycle models.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. -

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA or equivalent educational qualification is highly desirable.

- Willingness to work in extended IST hours as needed.
