Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of the Infosys Payment Hub (Finacle Payment Suite) for a leading bank in Qatar. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payments testing, including integration, functional, regression, and system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Infosys Payment Hub implementation.
  • Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of payment flows including SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022, and internal clearing.
  • Validate message generation, transformation, and routing through interfaces and middleware (MQ, API, ESB).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Report, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Quality Center.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing data and assisting end users.
  • Ensure test activities adhere to QA standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., QCB), and project timelines.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, defect triage, and release sign-off processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in testing payment applications, especially Infosys Payment Hub or Finacle Payment Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment messages (SWIFT MT/ISO 20022), and clearing and settlement systems.
  • Experience testing interfaces, APIs, and message queues (MQ, REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Qatar banking regulations and QCB compliance is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent defect reporting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ISTQB or other QA certification.
  • Previous experience working with banks in the Middle East (especially Qatar) is an advantage.
