Role: Senior Quality Test Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite)


Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and executing automation and performance tests, enhancing QA processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency, product quality, and compliance with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests for Salesforce applications.
  • Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools and environments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices for QA.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align testing with requirements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in QA/Test Engineering and automation testing (Salesforce focus).
  • Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, APIs, SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Visualforce, LWC, and Apex.
  • ISTQB, Copado, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
