Description

As a  Senior Technical Writer , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our users have clear and concise documentation to allow customer to self-serve and gain confidence using Sprinklr.

Responsibilities

Documentation Creation and Enhancement :

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality documentation.

Focus on Sprinklr's new features, ensuring accurate and user-friendly content.

Write and enhance user guides, developer guides, and reference materials for Sprinklr services.

Technical Expertise in Sprinklr :

Develop a deep understanding of Sprinklr's products, services, and underlying technologies.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation.

Troubleshoot and validate information by working closely with product and engineering teams.

Research and standards:

Conduct thorough research to gather accuratestep-by-step instructions.

Ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness in all documentation.

Review and edit technical content with relevant stakeholders for clarity and purpose.

Measure and optimize:

Work with Support to close cases by documentation. 

Ensure that documentation is easily discoverable by relevant search criteria.

Continually improve the documentation review process and ensure fast and accurate transfers of knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Proven experience writing documentation.

Strong technical expertise in Sprinklr or similar platforms.

Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality documentation.
